Owned & operated by the Gallagher Family for 5 generations The idea to move into retail came from family and friends. They ate our lamb and beef and complained they couldn’t buy anything like our taste and quality. They were sick of being ripped off for inferior products from unknown sources, while we were getting so little return on generations of hard work. So, our “Paddock to the Plate” strategy was born; we purchased our shop in Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo in February 2007 and our other at the Bendigo Marketplace in 2009.
